I searched for funds and managed the activities in the company. The first year I applied for Indirect European funds (100k) from Sardegna Ricerche for activities that were covering prototypation, patent research, CE mark, industry 4.0. The third-year I applied and won an Italian fund (0.5M) from Invitalia to finance the industrialization process. I defined the supply chain (between Italy and southeast Asia).

- procurement of goods and services; - price negotiations; - establishing and developing the relationship with the clients and suppliers; - meeting needs and quality requirements imposed by requesters; - updating and extending the database of the suppliers; - identifying procurement opportunities.

I toke care of projects such as: Oscillating Water Column (OWC), where I analyzed the Business Plan and I realized a presentation to find new partners necessary to acquire European funding through a consortium; Aeroponic where I facilitated the communication between engineers of Biotech Engineering and Elips that wrote the European project to fund the first Aeroponic greenhouse in the world;

I projected with two University colleagues a tile with commercial polymeric commercial materials to convert kinetic energy to electrical energy. During this experience I had the possibility to make many presentations in Italian and English, especially with Elevator Pitch. I won with my partner also a battle pitch with a German Startup. I wrote for the first time Business idea and after Business Plan and financial forecast of company.

Thesis: SYSTEM FOR EXPERIMENTAL EVALUATION OF THE DYNAMIC BEHAVIOUR OF PMU It is been created an instrument for the characterization of PMU with the software LabVIEW. The characterization is evaluated with the TVE that compares the measured and ideal synchrophasor.
