Forecasting, dies beinhaltet die Kurz-und langfristige Bedarfsplanung, Vorbereitung der monatlichen Forecast Meetings mit dem Senior Management Team, sowie die Erstellung und Einreichung der Monatlichen / Quartals Forecasts sowie dem AOP. Management des Umsatzrealisierungs-prozesses, dazu gehört das Management der Risiken und Upsides sowie das Handling aktueller und bevorstehende Lieferprobleme, Lieferengpässe oder Lagerüberschüsse. Vorbereiten von Management Reports, Analysen und KPIs.

Responsible for all LEAN activities within the department, including spreading the LEAN principles, implementing 6S, the handling and completion of Kaizen's, and managing of continuous improvement projects. Creating and hosting a functioning daily management team board to exchange important information. Definition, implementation, review and compliance assurance of standards.

Coordination and handling of drop shipment and in-house orders, including technical screening, production planning, scheduling and troubleshooting. Extensive project work in the fields of new product introductions, outsourcing, and continuous improvement measures. Drop shipment supplier management in regards to operational topics such as forecasting sales volumes, production capacity planning, material allocation and implementation of product roadmaps.

Assisting the marketing manager in creating company brochures and flyers. Contribution to the short- and longterm organizational planning and strategy formation. Development of a customer database management and implementation of a customer retention program.
