 Performing initial testing and troubleshooting of servo drives and power supplies (KUKA, CLOOS).  Executing PCB diagnostics and repairs, followed by THT/SMD soldering to ensure circuit functionality.  Conducting final testing of repaired units using robotic test setups and three-phase motor systems.  Creating detailed repair and maintenance documentation in the ERP system.  Analyzing HMI diagnostics and system logs to resolve drive faults.

 Validated prototype panels and performed quality inspections on Toshiba control panels.  Built and wired control cabinets per EPLAN, performed final validation and testing.  Assisted the testing team in using functional and safety tests with the WEETECH system, including insulation test.  Supported team in troubleshooting panel defects and recorded results to improve processes.

 Tested and verified elevator control panels to ensure safe and reliable operation.  Diagnosed control boards and replaced defective elevator components.  Prepared detailed reports on completed elevator operations and maintenance activities.  Coordinated with inspectors to carry out inspections and deliver elevator systems for approval.

 Tested safety systems on trains, including speed control mechanisms, doors, and braking systems.  Configured ATP equipment such as control panels, electronic cabinets, and external train components.  Installed signaling equipment, hardware modules, and onboard computers.  Collaborated with train operations teams responsible for pre-service checks and train startup procedures.

 Commissioned and Tested battery chargers, UPS and inverters under various load conditions.  Identified and resolved system issues in the equipment, enhancing operational efficiency.  Assembled and validated electronic devices to meet design and performance requirements.  Delivered clear and well-organized presentations of test results.
