My role involves guiding international teams at IPN to find and use the best ways of working across our different factory locations, aiming to make everything run better and more efficiently. I organize workshops to help teams share knowledge and work together to solve problems. I also focus on cutting costs and improving our production lines through careful analysis and process upgrades. I manage important projects like improving efficiency, moving facilities, or increasing capacity.
