- Plan and develop sales plans to meet sales targets set by the Sales Director. - Ensure sales reports and forecasts are completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Ensure that offers made by the head office are competitive and reflect the real capabilities of the refinery. - Develop annual plans for budgeting, term crude contracts and programmed maintenance shutdown planning. - Lead monthly rolling plans for crude selection and conducting refinery operations in line with foreseen demands.

- Managing and following the blend recipies of LPG, gasoline, gasoil, jet a1, fuel oil, bitumen and base oils - Drive inner month optimization activities with supply function - Delivery of the monthly plan and communication of all relevant deviations to the refinery & head office - Steer and optimize the refinery production ensuring that it is economically optimized in time, in specification and in accordance with the monthly plan.

- Monthly, 3 monthly, budget and long term planning studies - Optimizing the 4 Tupras Refineries throughput's by using AspenTECH MPIMS. - Evaluating the types of Crude Oils to be processed in all refineries - Evaluating the transportation of final/mid products between all refineries - Pricing of Import/Export final/mid products - Preparing Crude Oil Assay tables by using Spiral Software Crude Manager

- Economics & Scheduling Activities: * Using AspenTECH PIMS for monthly, 3 monthly, long term planning studies, * Economic Evaluations For Crude Oils & Products, * Marginal Economy Studies, * Backcasting, Appraisal Studies. * Daily product scheduling (Crude Oil, Light & Middle Distillates, Black Products)
