• Co-ordination between HW Project Manager and Validation Team • Ensuring the validation requirement fulfillment of the validation ECU’s as per HW process • Defining Validation Schedule using MS Project • Track the Validation activities as per the requirements and schedule until release • In case of failures , support in 8D process

• Process definition/Improvements for Robert Bosch Germany in Automotive HW development process • Process updation / Creation in Stages • Part of project management office - Tracking and reporting status for Management

- Process harmonization ,- Implementation of ISO26262 ASIL B process in HW Projects,- Performing process checks ,- Responsible for the Q incidents( Test Defects, 0 km and field defects) in the department, Playing the role of a moderator for CAR and 8D  Identification of lessons learnt , Moderation of Quality gates,Conduct organization wide trainings on quality awareness, PQA (Project quality Analyst) role,- Provide inputs on process definition , Conduct internal audits

Responsible for tools related to Project Management , process compliance checks and defect management o Project Management – PS7/PC2 , MS project (EPM) , Project Status report (PSR), ProjIS (project information system) , COQ( Cost of Quality)  Identifying and analyzing change requests to tools  Involved in tool evaluations (MS project (EPM), Digite, PS8 , JIRA etc)  Preparation of requirement specification for the tools
