Responsibilities included: •Closely explore the Bunker Market, respond immediately to sudden and drastic developments and provide necessary measures •Prepare periodical reviews of the Market involving future market predictions •Create marketing strategies in light of these market predictions and sales management needs •Coordinate the deployment of the marketing strategies, notify on the efficiency of the operational efficiency of these new strategies

•Assisting in the short and long term planning and the day-to-day operations of the Conference & Banqueting department •Assisting potential guests in organizing functions, ensuring service standards and procedures are consistently applied, in addition to coordinating activities with other departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction •Working closely with Sales Department to develop strong communications with existing and potential customers
