I collaborate with the UK team to conduct qualitative interviews/surveys by telephone with business executives in Thailand. The interviews are in areas of internal audit, logistic, and technology. I am keen on using language skills in a working professional environment. After numbers of projects, I have been promoted to monitor my team interview recordings to ensure that they speak to the correct respondent and that they are adhering to interviewing and briefing instructions.

My roles are to deputize in the absence of the General Restaurant Manager and performed ongoing change management. I have comprehensive and extensive knowledge of relevant Health&Safety regulations. I assist in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and overall management responsibilities such as inventory management, cash handling and end of day revenue reconciliation. Working in a fast-paced commercial operation, I am well-experienced to handle pressure and complaints in a professional manner.

My Master's thesis is on a subject of national cultural identities through tourism promotional videos. The study is relevant to the subjects of Global Media and Communications, Research Methods: Communication and Culture, The Politic of Identity, and Identity, travel and Culture.
