• Preselection of candidates, organisation of conversations • Support for all administrative processes such as discharge • Coordination and planning of meetings and business trips • Facility management: planning and ordering of office supplies • Cooperation with the finance department regarding invoices • Contact person in absence of manager

• Support in the sales area • Coordination and planning of meetings and business trips • Gathering of necessary information, preparation of documents and statistics, also in foreign languages • Orders followup

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed • Process information in the system
