Lead a team of 15+ engineers (developers and QAs) organized into 5 cross-functional PODs responsible for the entire cplace platform - everything from infrastructure, build systems, and APIs to the end-user UI. Ensure the platform stays robust, secure, and reliable, as every other product team builds on top of it. Coach and mentor team members; run performance reviews, 1:1s, career-growth planning, and continuous feedback.

A dual role combining product ownership with hands-on technical architecture. As Product Owner, owned the product roadmap and strategic direction for Frontend Core - the squad that drives all frontend decisions, enforces industry standards, and safeguards security across cplace. As Frontend Architect, stayed deliberately hands-on to gain direct insight, owning key technical decisions and designing the frontend software architecture.

Worked as a full-stack web and mobile developer on public-transport solutions, including ATCS, a system for monitoring and controlling traffic. Built mobile applications including ATCS Mobile and AMOR (used to maintain and operate a transport company's resources). Was working also as Frontend Architect, driving frontend architecture and technical decisions.

Developed solution for monitoring of ICE trains. Technologies: React.js, HTML, CSS, Webpack
