Working with Adobe Experience Manager, leading the team in an agile setup, working onsite, analysing client needs, managing releases & deployments, investigating production incidents., prioritising work scope and making decisions. Actively participating in client meetings & shaping the solutions and outcomes together with Product Owner.

As of 2013 working on a complex Adobe CQ5/AEM platform, from an early 5.6.1 versions, doing backend development. From all varieties of backend technologies and tools (OSGI/Felix, CQ Components, JCR, Servlets, caching, cluster environments…) to a smaller front end work (jQuery, ExtJS, HTML, CSS…). Working on enterprise AEM projects for all our high profile clients in Europe. Developing desktop applications in Java Swing & enterprise Java applications using Java EE technology stack, primarily EJB/JPA (EclipseLink and Hibernate), JSF (Primefaces, Richfaces...) Being a team lead for 4 years. Small, privately held company, developing HR software for Swiss customers. Project analysis, database modeling, choosing tools/technologies, coding, code versioning, bug tracking (JIRA), writing documentation (Confluence), decision making, code reviews, dividing roles among developers...

I was responsible for business part of a complex Java EE application that was based on EJB, JPA, Web services and custom Security API for a large client in public sector from Slovenia. I was also investigating on JBoss Seam framework, Oracle WebLogic Server, learning Hibernate specifics and doing some portlets research.

My professional role started as self-employed while studding at the University. Programming was my passion since high school where I actually did my first programs. These were my professional beginnings, where I gained first real experience and contact with customers, for whom I developed various desktop/web applications in Java technologies.
