As a Junior Sales Manager at KEYENCE International Belgium, I was responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships across Salzburg and Upper Austria. My role focused on helping industrial companies optimize their manufacturing processes through innovative automation, sensor, and vision technologies. By working closely with customers, I identified technical challenges, provided tailored solutions, and supported them in improving efficiency, quality, and productivity.

As a Senior Scientist at the University of Salzburg, I conducted research and taught in the field of Business Administration. My work included publishing academic research, supervising students, collaborating on research projects, and contributing to the development of innovative, evidence-based solutions for both academia and industry.

Lead assistant on a research project that explores how AI-based human resource management systems influence employee behavior. The focus is on how algorithmically driven incentives can encourage certain behaviors – and the potential risks that may arise from unintended or misguided incentives.
