- Engaged in selecting micro-financing projects in developing countries - Handled selection process and set-up of partnership in accordance to association's criteria - Reviewed results of micro-financing projects in defined regions (Post-Implementation Analysis) - Assisted applicants to prepare coherent and sustainable projects (definition of precise targets, timeline, financing sources, stakeholders panels) - Pre-Implementation Phase

- Led a research project and published a report on European cities and tax systems: "Tax Systems across European Cities - Realities & Opportunities" - Engaged into the missions of the unit "European Union - Prospective Tax Programs"
