Solly Malose Mphela

My position was assistant budget officer appointed as intern under department of finance at University of Limpopo. I was assisting in preparing operational, project and capital budget of the University. My day to day to duties was to inspect the purchase requests forms from end-user and verify in the ITS system for availability of funds. If the fund is availble, the purchase request form with budget statement attached will be taken further to my supervisor (Chief budget officer) for approval.
