Global sourcing of chemicals and spare parts; planning/procurement of raw materials (domestic & international); conducting market research and reporting to management/sales; supplier relationship and performance management; executing Lean Six Sigma projects (20% inventory cost reduction, 20% customs time/cost savings); developing sustainable chemical purchasing strategies; collaborating with Çukurova University on work/time studies to optimize processes and workforce.
