The program covered Digital transformation involving movement of legacy BSS solution from Legacy to COTS based best of new breed IT Solutions using Siebel CRM & Amdocs Rating, Billing, Enterprise Product Catalog as well as the data migration from Legacy Systems to new Stack Solutions

• Led Revenue Assurance implementation and onsite support in Venezuela; a 1m USD Revenue Assurance design and implementation project. • Was part of team responsible for Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management solution design for mobile & fixed line postpaid and prepaid business and then led the onsite implementation support from Venezuela leading a team 15 people at onsite and offshore
