 Supervised the operation and maintenance of the Hyundai 5450 kW Induction Motor (6600V), ensuring optimal functionality and performance.  Led the maintenance and troubleshooting of Yokogawa CENTUM DCS (Distributed Control System) and CMSC systems, ensuring efficient operation.  Directed the operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of Fire & Gas detection systems, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations.

 Supervised the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including LV switchgear (LVDB1, LVDB, MCC, LVPFC), ensuring compliance with project standards.  Led the installation, termination, and integration of key systems, such as KOHLER 820 kVA diesel generators, Junction Boxes, and Yokogawa DCS panels. Managed the testing, commissioning, and calibration of process instruments, valves, fire & gas deluge systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

 Spearheaded repair, calibration, and maintenance of critical systems, including Rim Seal Fire Protection, ENRAF Tank Gauging Systems, and ESDV, UZV, and SOV.  Conducted calibration and maintenance of Fire & Gas devices, ensuring compliance with project safety standards.  Maintained process instruments, Bently Nevada monitoring systems, and Woodfield Loading Arm systems to ensure operational efficiency.

 Managed the installation and calibration of modern smart electronics and pneumatic instruments for Ras Laffan Port & Berth Expansion Project.  Spearheaded installation of Deluge Skids, Marine Monitoring Systems, and the Ship-to-Shore link at Ras Laffan LPB30 berth.  Prepared Method Statements, MARs, and ensured field instruments and materials were accurately documented.

 Oversaw the installation and calibration of various process instruments, including pressure and level transmitters, PDTs, and flow switches, for the New Desalination Plant and Potable Water Storage Tanks Project.  Managed leak tests, hydro tests, and loop testing for commissioning activities.  Demonstrated expertise in Modbus, OPC, NetDDE, and serial communications (RS232, 422, 485).
