Support the ONE Finance operating model design process, new ways of working Foster the Operating Design & Deployment Lead to drive design across functions with initiatives leads leveraging best practices and benchmarks Relieve development and maintain implementation roadmap and transition planning in close alignment with other streams (e.g. IT / HR) Bear up quick wins and early successes, underpin benefit / efficiency opportunities for respective organization and drive realization

Provide leadership across the reporting and consolidation processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness Management of all reporting and consolidation processes/services consistent with IFRS Provide timely and meaningful reporting of goals to appropriate business units and upper management Monitor and execute internal control procedures Supervision of direct reports (attendance, overtimes, performance management, individual and common goals), managing of daily operation

Transfer of reporting activities from European countries to BSC and coordination of SOPs. Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting Preparation of monthly consolidated financial management information for group Standardized and automated reports definition Creation and maintenance of documentation, process flows and procedures Contribution to operational improvement initiatives within the General Accounting / Reporting Team

Cooperation with operating companies – Nordics Prepare the analysis of the IBM forecast, budget, accruals and business metrics and dynamics. Day to day interaction with line management in the business units to improve and align the processes Lead of audit control project, prepare of education sessions.
