Als Leiterin des Einkaufs (Team von 10 Personen) übernehme ich die fachliche & disziplinarische Führung sowie die aktive Mitarbeiterentwicklung. Ich bin verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der strategischen Abteilungsziele, sowie für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller Einkaufssachgebiete mit der Zielsetzung optimierter Gesamtbeschaffungsaspekte. Dazu zählt u.a. die Steigerung der Einkaufseffektivität & -effizienz (Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung, Automatisierung)

Leading a team of three working in the area of purchasing and supplies while focusing on professional development, coaching, and feedback to help team members enhance their skillset. This senior role is further responsible for the strategic assessment of purchasing needs and subsequent tactical procurement of goods required within the global market.

Besides having full responsibility for the strategic and operational purchasing of ship fuel, lubricants and chemicals on the global market, I managed leading edge projects aimed to implement new software. In addition, I oversaw all procurement relevant activities from needs assessment to contract negotiations and subsequent vendor management. My work served the company to avoid risk, to develop pricing strategies, and consequently conduct solid budget forecasting.

As primary responsible for the procurement of fuel, I oversaw a portfolio of national and international oil companies. I negotiated contracts and ensured that fuel supply was available even if unexpected situations like unplanned landings occurred. I assessed needs, coordinated and collaborated with partners such as Etihad Airways or oneWorld Partner Airlines. As a result I compiled meaningful, data driven reports for senior executives and lead various projects aimed to optimize purchasing practices.
