- Building and managing a global platform split into 3 locations (US, Europe, Asia) along with a total of 7 environments: UAT, STG, PROD built in Microsoft Azure Cloud. - This platform has some core components: Snaplogic (used for workflow design and processing of data (this comes from Oracle DB, MSSQL, EBS, etc) based on Centos 7 and GlusterFS to hold the packages for processing. - Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) is used to manage all application builds and releases for each environment.

- Creating compliance tests/scripts for validating servers during life cycle checks: Powershell, Bash, PowerCLI, QCScript, VBScript and Perl. - Maintaining test criteria for the tested systems : Windows, RedHat, AIX, HPUX, SunOS and Oracle 11g/12c. - VMware Assesment for an Internal Vodafone Company in order to improve the infrastructure and sustain future growth.

- Build and Design solutions for the customers by analysing the solutions required by the vendors related to the desired applications that needed to be installed: newly servers both physical(HP) and virtual. - Validating all of the documents for Build and assuring all the needed for each custom build as agreed with the customer requesting the systems. - Migration of VMs from the old environment to the new Environment based on VMware 5.5.

- Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 administration and troubleshooting. - Maintaining and upgrading all Symantec Endpoint Protection clients to version 12. - Virtualizing all the physical servers where this is possible to reduce physical hardware needed for the client to perform all their tasks. All the virtual machines go the new VMware datacenter based of vSphere 5.1.

- Responsible for the hardware installation and configuration; clusters installation/ configuration/maintenance; - Installation, configuration of VMware ESX/ESXi clusters for core applications; - Microsoft Segregation of Duties project (Group Policy Objects specially designed for every application. Rights to services, folders, registry keys to Application Administrators without having the role of Local Administrator on servers);

- Monitoring LAN/WAN infrastructure for MCC and Real stores (applications: Spectrum CA [LAN infrastructure of stores and HOs], Ruebezahl [internally developed application], IpMonitor) head offices, international leased lines - 31 Metro countries; - Firewall monitoring and troubleshooting for Real stores; - Monthly patching of Windows Servers 2003/2008 manually and using Systems Center Operations Manager 2007 (Exchange, Active Directory servers) with the latest security patches
