Participation in various basic and applied research projects, funded both by national and EU resources. Elaboration of doctoral dissertation.

Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotating equipment, such as fans, pumps, motors, gearboxes, etc. in both the heavy industry and the marine sector through vibration analysis and correction of rotor unbalance and misalignment. Vibration analysis is performed using appropriate portable instrumentation (piezoelectric accelerometers, eddy-current probes, data logger-spectrum analyzer and specialized software).
