-Managed to expand successfully the fixed carrier network within 2 years and reached the top 3 alternative fixed network carriers in Greece -Contributed to acquisition explosion of 400% within the first 2 years of operation. -Successfully merged the company with Lannet Communications which was one of the biggest fixed alternative carrier of Greece

-Head of restructuring and turn around management in RomTelecom. -Optimized RomTelekom&Cable Vision Romania costs and improved profitability by 20% and 25% respectively through a cross cut analysis. -Conducted marketing analysis for Myloi Sogias and contributed to business expansion to the Asian market.

The company was one of the leading producers of concrete plant in Attica and was participating in the Attica Road Construction join venture. -Coordinated with another 21 teams the construction of Attica Road. -Increased revenues by 25% in concrete plants. -Secured a 1.5 million euro sub-contracting deal with OSE for sleepers production
