• Responsible for 500+ contracts in European region with a team of 16. • Review pricing proposals, Forecasts, Revenue Recognition, Inventory & Receivables Management, Variance analysis of Projects • Advice to client teams on Margin improvement, Forecast & Budget Planning and compliance • Collaborate with engagement executives, Leadership & other finance executives to smoothly manage process

• Managing a team of 4 people and responsible for Sogeti BU in Netherlands, France, Russia, Germany and Switzerland • Support in financial planning, analysis & forecasting. • Prepare & Review Monthly and Quarterly P&L and functional dashboards on project performance, Actual vs Forecast analysis, Cost study etc. • Identify transition opportunities and managing end to end transition process.

• Coordinate with Finance, Purchase, Sales, HR and Production heads and gather data from various Magna companies before Audit engagement • Prepare & Analyse financial reports to identify gaps, sample selection for Audit • Performing Finance, ITGC Audits, Special assignment Audits and identify Gaps in processes. • Reporting of Audit observations and Recommendations in global tool “Resolver”

• Calculating Net Asset Value (NAV), Variance Analysis and balance sheet preparation for Hedge Funds Clients • Reporting settlement risk, Credit risk related to Client Portfolio. • Monthly/Yearly closing & reporting of Funds positions as per US GAAP • Coordinating with different departments such as Portfolio Analytics, Financial Reporting, Investor Services to facilitate timely finalization of NAV

• Providing operational support to Hedge Fund Managers on Monthly close • Reconciliation of various financial products such as Equity, Derivatives, OTC, Swaps on monthly/quarterly basis.
