Implementation Project Lead for LEAP in Electronics Enabling High-Impact Culture in Financial Steering. Project LEAP is the strategic initiative to modernize financial steering based on beyond budgeting principles. Financial Controller responsible for Division Controlling unit (approx. € 300 million annual cost), which comprises enabling functions (HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance…), supply chain, strategy & business transformation and other overarching units that support the business as a whole.

Responsible for supporting the integration of legal entities, Group’s dividend distributions, steer projects related to capital increases and decreases, liquidation of subsidiaries and branches, foundation of NewCos and other related finance projects.

Chief Financial Officer in charge of German entities (4) dedicated to Consumer Health business within Merck Group; Active participation (German Country Lead) in the divestment of the Consumer Health business globally acquired by Procter & Gamble in 2018 by €3.4bn.

Reporting to the CFO and leading a team of 20 professionals, responsible for the management of following Departments: - Tax Planning; - Tax Litigation/Controversy (administrative and judicial); and - Tax Compliance & Reporting of direct and indirect taxes.

Tax consulting services and due diligence projects for local and multinational companies; Responsible for developing the tax financial services practice at Rio de Janeiro’s office (i.e. banks, investment banks, insurance companies…).
