Wore many hats with the all-remote team at Knack to help modernize and grow the product by leading product initiatives, designing features, contributing to marketing strategy/infrastructure, working on front-end goods, and illustrating ads.

Originally hired to help lead front-end development, I soon took on larger full-stack features and product initiatives, often working closely with design to prototype experiences and iterate quickly. I won 3 consecutive hackathons which were later turned into core business features and eventually transitioned into spearheading the development effort for Hired’s contracting platform.

Contract software development work for a construction management softare company utilizing .NET, Node, Javascript, and Ruby on a variety of different projects and platforms for clients like Disney, Westfield, and GSA.

Performed a wide range of tasks including technical support and customer service in the healthcare IT field dealing directly with customers of a web-based medical billing and EMR platform. Interfaced with development teams for production support and software enhancements while also providing marketing and design assistance.
