Responsible for keeping the CTQ (cost, time, quality) targets intact, and mitigate/escalate risks if any Is the focal point of communication between stakeholders (product planning, R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, finance, sales, service) Represent the model line in management reviews to report the project status & health across the stage gates

Collaborated with stakeholders in India and the UK to conceptualize, design, validate, and deliver engine and after-treatment systems as per agreed cost, time, and quality baselines Successfully managed the design & development activities ensuring certification for Stage 4 compliance and hand over to production as planned Facilitated transparent understanding of project health, in terms of the triple constraints, issues and risks along with resolution/mitigation during management stage gate reviews

•Design, validation, and complete product lifecycle management of powertrain electrical and electronic systems (ECU, E&E components, wiring harnesses, starting and charging systems) •Planning, prioritizing, and monitoring project progress amd engage relevant stakeholders as applicable •Liaised with vehicle integration and other stakeholder teams to ensure seamless & timely release as per agreed timelines •Represent the function in technical forums, management reviews, and cross-functional exercises
