Responsible for initial Layout study, Process study, Off Line Programming Conceptual design to final design of welding fixtures & grippers. 3D finishing, Detailing and applying Kinematics 2D to 3D fixture modeling, gun modeling and defining the kinematics, joints and Home Positions. Layout creation and Work Cell building taking consideration of future model. To validate the work cell, which includes process, gun, and tool design validation Spot distribution, spot feasibility.
