Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and comparing standard costs to actual production costs. Manage Age-Wise Account Receivables and Trade Payable Statements in a computerized environment. Lead day-to-day accounting and net asset value (NAV) including NAV validation, NAV review for more funds. Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting functions Verifying Investor online transaction. Respond Investor queriesand resolving escalated problems during daily accounting and reporting. Preparing the TDS Calculation Sheet, VAT Filling, Income Tax return filling, service tax etc Update journals and adjustment entries for accurate accounting records.

Keeping and maintaining records of all inventories in the organization Monthly fabric stock checking for all units. Identify the differences and shortage to the Superior. Monitoring stock levels Ensuring stores have enough stock Responsible for processing high volume invoices, vouchers, making of Project Costing, Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services Verify the transaction comply with financial policies and procedure Prepare batches of invoices for data entry.
