In charge of all process engineering activities in Belgium, and the coordination of cross-site global engineering activities. Leading a team of 20 engineers and technicians: • Industrial plan for the factory in Belgium • Leading automation & industrialization projects worldwide • Capacity planning • Defining standard procedures for product & process creation, process standardization & change management • Creating a global standardization structure (expert network) • Introduction of new products

Together with an international team of process engineers, I was responsible for the industrialization of new products and the definition of production processes. Main tasks included: • Production capacity increase projects • Industrialization of new loudspeaker concepts • Production transfers • Leading process engineering organizations in Belgium & Ukraine

In this starter function, I have learned the foundation of working in a production environment and the automotive business. I have been working on projects to improve the production setup, reduce labor cost & increase product quality. Main achievements: • Green Belt project: increased OEE of 3 production lines from 69% to 78% • Project manager of “voice coil on jig” automation project • Improvement projects – reducing labor cost • Introduction of process detection & vision systems
