Coordinated several high-volume OSAT subcontractors throughout Asia to assemble MEMS sensors. My customer was Bosch Sensortec, a major company in the highly dynamic consumer business. I worked with stacked LGA packages and wafer-level packaging (WLCSP and C2WLP). I was the responsible project manager to successfuly release an additional supplier for stacked packages within 3 months. Since 01/2014 I was a "lateral" teamleader of the CE business assembly team with 6 colleagues.
