Business Unit Head mobile phones. Entry and Value segment. Worldwide P&L responsibility.

Product marketing responsibility for ULC basebands/ platforms, Entry basebands/ platforms, low end 3G basebands/ platforms, Software, GPS, Bluetooth, FMRadio and 2G IP licensing business. Customer marketing for >50 customers including several T1 and Asian players as well as operators

Responsibility for overall SW and System development as well as customer and platform programs for the mobile phone business.

Responsibility for chip, system and customer programs as well as underlying projects within the Business Unit, including project set-up, execution and financial performance

Set up of new strategic alliances together with Business Groups and Central Functions. Development and roll-out of a company wide process how to set-up and manage alliances

Overall product and project management of phone projects for Asia-Pacific customers

Internal mgmt consulting team. Responsible for project-planning, -steering, analyses and recommendations of strategy, biz. development and methodical improvements
