The AMXL Team is providing an end to end solution for everything which is really XL. Taking care of everything which can´t be shipped parcel we focus on delivering the best experience for our customers. In my role I focus on the process and KPI quality of our the two men handling 3PL networks in Germany and UK for warehousing and Re-Lo Operations, making sure that the external parties keep up to our internal standards concerning customer experience, delivery accuracy and process capabilities.

At Amazon, the external fulfillment team develops and manages alternative fulfillment solutions to provide extra capacity and flexibility, extending internal capabilities and to ensure cost effective processes and operating models. In my role I focus on the process and KPI quality of our dedicated two man handling 3PLs making sure that the external parties keep up to our internal standards concerning customer experience and delivery accuracy.

At Amazon, the external fulfillment team develops and manages alternative fulfillment solutions to provide extra capacity and flexibility, extending internal capabilities and to ensure cost effective processes and operating models. We are driving, evaluating and improving our 3PL and Vendor Flex node performance and metrics, to ensure that they deliver a customer experience equivalent to Amazon’s own fulfillment network.
