Correlate Search was part of Hexagon Barclays Ventures in the UK, we subsequently acquired the Dubai business and moved it into Boyden ME.

Carmichael Fisher was established in Australia in 2002 and entered the Middle East market in 2006. The business focuses on Executive Recruitment across industry sectors with a particular focus on Banking and Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Construction and Development, Oil and Gas, Heavy Engineering and I.T. We now have offices in Dubai, London, Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong & Singapore.

I was in control of developing the retained Search market for the DSM practice in the Middle East & Global Market Space.

HSL was established at the beginning of 1995 to offer fully retained Executive Search business solutions. The business developed into one of the leading Executive Search companies within many industry sectors inclusive of the automotive market. This was due to the developing a true and clear understanding of the needs of both clients and applicants alike.
