Define the product concept and requirements in order to improve the product through development launch and management of the product post launch activities.

Support operationally and strategically the assembly lines by providing the components needed for their activities, in the good timing, with an optimized ratio of cost and quality. Organize, plan, supervise and control the sourcing, supplier development and supply chain management of production and general expenses, within the Sourcing and industrial Strategy with the objective to provide our Chinese units with the required goods and services at the right cost, the right time and the right quality.
