Understanding the user requirements of our clients for their Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and use all information to design functional specifications to define the implementation process of these requirements while being in constant consulting with our customer.

Design and implementation of different programs for internal usage, using LabWare LIMS v6 (LIMS Basic), Python, Oracle SQL, Shell Scripting and Git. Different parts of my work involve among others the training of these programs and to study machine learning based techniques, which can be used to detect different cancer types and cancer cells, based on their DNA sequences and staining profile (digital pathology), respectively

Literature research on microvesicles, exosomes and endosomes, as well as written Summary of all the relevant information and presentation of this in advance for an upcoming research project.

Sorting and structuring experimental data on behalf of the "Department of Chromatin Modulation and OncoGenomics".

Compilation, supplementation and documentation of MATLAB -scripts for the data preparation and analysis of electroencephalographic signals, as well as the support in the collection of human physiological data.
