Nach mehreren intensiven Jahren als CFO im industriellen Umfeld habe ich mich entschieden, im Frühjahr 2025 eine bewusste Auszeit einzulegen. Ziel ist es, Raum für persönliche Regeneration zu schaffen und mit klarem Blick die nächste berufliche Herausforderung anzugehen. Finanzielle Führung der Trafag Gruppe weltweit. Direkte Führung eines Teams von drei Mitarbeitern am Hauptsitz sowie finanzielle Verantwortung für ca. 15 Tochtergesellschaften. Interims role for 3,5 months - Leading a team of four direct reports - Managing the integration of the newly acquired ASM Foods into the finance processes of the Barry Callebaut Group - Managing all finance and controlling activities of the subsidiary

Member of the Executive Committee of the Division Responsibilities: - Financial reporting of the Division to the CFO of the ÅF Group - Leading and managing the International South Division’s operations as substitute to the President of the Division - Advising the President of the Division in all financial and business matters including mergers & acquisitions - Analyzing and looking for opportunities to improve the performance of the business (business performance, profitability and Cash Flow focus)

Define and implement the strategy to shift the commercial focus in mature markets from pure quantitative growths into qualitative growths Responsibilities: Increase margin awareness and full margin responsibility across all divisions and departments, create visibility on margins across the fully vertically integrated company, increase sales force efficiency and effectiveness, product portfolio management and the overall project management

Responsible for the financial consolidation of the Group (4 billion CHF turnover, quoted on the Swiss stock exchange). This included the external reporting (quarterly publication of figures) as well as the internal monthly management reporting. In between: Special assignment in a German subsidiary for 11 months to support the finance team in the turnaround. Implementing best finance practices and support for commercial decision taking.
