Leading clinical research department in the German Cluster (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Accountable for management of 14 Compliance Oversight Leads overseeing 70 fully outsourced interventional clinical trials with around 350 study sites across all therapeutic areas to ensure patient safety and quality study execution in accordance with prevailing laws, GCP and Pfizer standards by global CROs: Parexel, ICON, Inventiv, and PPD.

Responsible for leading a team of 9 colleagues overseeing the quality of monitoring of Pfizer’s investigator sites in Germany, Austria and Switzerland across various indication in fully outsourced multi-national clinical trials.

Responsible for leading a team of 10 Clinical Operation Leads (COLs) (permanent staff and contractors) implementing international clinical trials from phase I to phase IV in oncology and urology in Germany

Responsible for conduct of multi-national trials in oncology (Phase I-III) in Germany.

Responsible for conduct of multi-national trials in oncology (Phase I-III) and hyperlipidemia in Germany.

Contract Clinical Projectmanager for Pfizer Pharma GmbH: Responsible for project management and monitoring of multi-national trials in ophthalmology and hyperlipidemia in Germany.
