I am responsible for around 30 employees working in the production of AT Ceiling Systems and in Incoming Inspection. I lead both areas with a strong focus on manufacturing excellence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement (KVP). My role includes production line development, Lean‑based productivity improvements, capacity planning, supplier coordination, process optimization in Incoming Inspection & continuous qualification of the team. Quality is built into the process – not inspected in at the end.

I am responsible for round about 35 employees, who are working for the production lines AT Floorstand Systems & AT Ceiling Systems. In my current position, I am responsible for two production lines and managing a major manufacturing project. Within this project, my main responsibility is to effectively coordinate and manage the complete rebuild of a production line. The main goal of this initiative is to seamlessly integrate and optimize the processes for a new product family into our existing operations

Ich bin für ca. 40 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter verantwortlich, welche in den Produktionslinien MI Patient Handling Systems und XP Patient Handling Systems & RAD Components tätig sind. Zu meinen Aufgaben gehören Kapazitätsplanung, Kosten-Controlling, Kostenstellenverantwortung, Arbeitssicherheit für die Produktionslinie, Mitarbeiterqualifizierung und vieles mehr. Mein Anspruch ist es, die Arbeit in den Produktionslinien jeden Tag ein Stückchen besser zu machen!
