Management of subsidiaries in Mainland China and the USA. Extensive Knowledge in REACH and other regulatory aspects, i.e. FDA, BGVV.

Key Account Management for global players such as Procter&Gamble, Johnson&Johnson, Kimberly Clark, SCA as well as the Private Label sector. Management, organization and coordination of all business development activities globally. Active planning und strategic alignment of all commercial activities in the hygiene and nonwoven market. Intensive work in technical aspects with all customers in order to constantly improve existing products and applications, as well as introducing and developing new products.

Technical consultation of customers and own production. Introduction of a Customer Relations Management process. Work with Sales and Business Manager. Transfer of USA based manufacturing to the German plant and the subsequent qualification of the NA based customers. Complaints Management. Business Development with regards to products and markets. Key partner for R&D.

Management of a large production plant for fibers; four-shift system; 24/7 production. Project management. Responsible for quality management and continuous improvement. Assistant to plant Manager. Responsible for maintenance of machines and Equipment.

Responsible for supervision of a shift group with 34 technicians and running a chemical manufacturing plant in full responsibility for output, quality, safety and environmental aspects.
