National and international business-, project and sales development in the automotive, automotive supply, aircraft and defence industries; creation and implementation of effective sales strategies, processes and cross-functional sales teams; interim management and coaching in internationalization, start-up, growth and restructuring projects.

Professional and disciplinary responsibility of the marketing-, sales- and after sales teams (17 direct, 30 sales representatives, 4 international business units) with average annual sales of €250 million. Acquisition and structuring of international sales, logistics and after-sales projects in the defense and automotive sector, development of international industrial partnerships for local development, production, maintenance & repair of vehicle systems.
