At the moment I'm the manager of one of our 2nd Level support teams counting 11 members. While having a look on OLA/SLAs, reporting, process improvements i'm focusing on processes/standards and new tools to be implemented.

At the moment I'm the manager of one of our 2nd Level support teams counting 11 members. While having a look on OLA/SLAs, reporting, process improvements i'm focusing on processes/standards and new tools to be implemented.

As Support Engineer within the 2nd Level my main responsibility was the problem management of out Parking Access System. We were the interface between Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures all over the world and our internal R&D department. Within the problem management i did a lot of analyzes in regards to problems. In addition the assistance on incident management, project management (technical perspective), communication coordination has been part of my daily business.

I did my apprenticeship within the R&D department. There i was working with a team responsible for test-equipment. Our core-business was to develop test-equipment (HW and SW) to provide an efficient and fast testing mechanism after the production of different prints. In addition we maintained a DB for managing all our test Equipment
