Within the Application Center Agricolture I both continued the reserach work and expanded the responsibilities to technical service: • Technical assistence to customers following the current prodegradant additive for polyolefins • Project manager in the bioplastic filed (polylactic acid): - Publication of 2 patents.

Research & Development in mid and long term project teams to develop new plastic additives for theral heat stability and to provide plastics with special effects. In this role I was involved in activities at first as Specialist and, form 2005 as Scientist: • I developed different technologies for tuned biodegradation of polyolefins: - Coordination of the collaboration with Pisa University. - Contacts with customers for the development of the new solutions. - Publication of 12 among patents and articles

In the Research & Development area I studied the thermal and photo stabilization techniques for polyvinylchloride: • I developed new formulations for the stabilization of PVC for customer technical assistance. • I initiated the study on new molecules for alternative technologies of PVC stabilization.

Thesis was developed in collaboration with LONZA S. p. A. with poster published at the “4th European Congress on Catalysis”. Degree obatined with 110/110 cum Laude
