I work as technical support for selling Dell’s products and services to Global Segment customer. I Identify customer needs/requirements and recommend/quote appropriate Dell Enterprise products about Networking, Servers, Storage, virtualization solutions, hpcc (high performance computing cluster). I made the project that contains hardware and services details that the delivery team will implement on customer site.

I have begun to follow in deepened way the new line of Sun products in SAN area (storage area network) with particular interest for libraries, backups and storages. When the situation demanded I was involved in task force. I have improved the interaction with the customer dealing the problem not only from the technical side but managing also the situation under the profile of the communication with the various business figures.

I have made part of an European team (TZE) focused to the problems of principle alert on systems with down null demanded annual Time. Through the remote coordination of situated activities of staff on and the iterance with the group of engineerings. This experience has honed my abilities in the teamwork who in the autonomy of the choices, always holding like objective the satisfaction of the customer.

I have been dedicated to customers mission critical consolidating my acquaintance software/networking and focusing to me on High End Servers/Storage Management (SW/HW), especially for solutions of high reliability and in the field of the backup

I have covered the role of system engineer in complex environment (HW/SW, networking/application, security). when I have carried out the function of focal point for support system engineer with little experience and I have supplied technical seminaries (Transfer of Information - TOIs) to the technical staff Sun.

I have planned the local and geographic nets in environment operated you more diffuse (PC, MAC, UNIX, IBM SNA), with the technologies to the state of the art (Fast Ethernet, FDDI, ATM, Frame Relay). Near the Albacom center of Milan my task consisted in the planning of wirings structured for the several companies of the group Eni (Agip Oils, ENICHEM, Snam...).
