Legal Entity Finance Director (dotted reporting line to CFO) with supervision of 3 accountants and a Finance Manager; the company employees 120 people, outsource about 80 people from consulting companies and generated revenues for over 100 million €UR in 2012.

Reporting to the Group Controller, responsible for central control of investments (Capex and IA); Part of Merger and Acquisition team • Financial analysis of new investments, yearly impairment tests; SOX 404 Champion. • Contributed to the integration of Numonyx BV (2B US$ JV between STMicroelectronics and Intel).

Reporting to Incard General Manager, responsible for FP&A of Incard as a Business Unit and for statutory and US GAAP reporting and compliance of four subsidiaries located in Switzerland and Italy. • Intercompany structure set-up; • Implementation and supervision of accounting team: IFRS reporting package, Swiss GAAP, local TAX compliance; external audit planning and management

Reporting to the Europe & Middle-East Finance Director, responsible for the creation and management of the Turkish subsidiaries and supporting Emerging Market region sales organization and related credit collection.

Reporting to the Worldwide Audit Director, running Internal Audit reviews in autonomy throughout Americas region.
