- The wide body customer line covers A350 and A330 flight line & delivery operations including customer interface management for all production a/c all along the build process. - Demonstration of a/c functionality through engine run, rejected take off and check flights. - Delivery of the a/c to the airline customer through ground checks and customer acceptance flights.

 - Operational Quality FAL incl. flight line and delivery  - Value chain (Airbus plants and supply chain per major components) level programme quality (cross functional problem solving)  - Customer Interface representing product quality  - New Development first time right introduction (E2E incl. supply chain)  - Process compliance to EASA and Quality portfolio management  - Digitalisation and “Business Driven Quality Roadmap”.

The Eurofighter Cooperation Airframe (Eurofighter MRO line) is a cooperation between the German Air Force and EADS-D. It provides the following services for the whole Eurofighter fleet of the German and Austrian Air Forces: - Programme upgrades, - Scheduled maintenance (400, 800, 1200, 1600 flight hour inspections), - On Call Support: customer-oriented repair missions all over the world. The team consists of appr. 160 employees (white and blue collar).

Support and prepare Division CEO for his daily agenda. Coordinate cross functional actions.

Responsible for full support of German A380 fuselage workshare in the final assembly line (FAL) Toulouse. Built up team from 0 to 400 employees consisting of Version Management, Input and Production Steering, Work Preparation, Mechanics (structure, mechanical and electrical systems) and Logistics.

Responsible for interface between Production and Programmes / Engineering. This includes status controlling of overall A380 development process from CDF until start of production and representation of production requirements. (Team of 7 employees). Responsible for definition of the ordering and delivery process of single parts and components. Introduction of lean manufacturing methods for the overall supply chain. (Team of 20 employees).

Project management for major investments like the assembly hangar, the overall crane system and the infrastructure platforms for the production near premises. Coordinated hangar layout and production flow.
