- actor of the starting of lines (news machines) with German teams - responsible for the Achievement of the objectives `Quality/Cost/Schedule’ and of the industrial tests - management of the budget of section - takes part in the installation of the steps 5S, P.D.C.A., T.R.S. - management of posted teams (20 people)

- follow-up old customers (SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, ALSTOM, BOMBARDIER) - promotional prospection and operations (organization of a living room, mailing, creation of a catalogue) - technological survey and constitution of a material base
