Leading the software development team to new challenges. Design software solutions together with customers, plan, execute and supervise implementation in my team focusing on telephony integration with Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco Unified Communications.

Reverting back to the original role with the Cisco UC Team becoming indepdendant.

As part of the merger with Sunrise, I've taken on line management for the Cisco Unified Communications team in addition to my previous duties as head of the software development team. I'm also leading the build-up of the Microsoft Unified Communications team.

In charge of all technical aspects of the company's activities in software development and Microsoft Unified Communications. Keep contacts with manufacturers, approve offers, develop the strategy in those fields Besides taking on this new role, I kept my position as software architect.

Spearheading the creation of a software development group to create add-ons and integrations with telephony systems from Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco Systems and Microsoft. In my function, I am responsible for Consulting, Sales Support, Design, Implementation, Installation and Support of the developed solutions. As part of my work, I, have developed the company's central solution to manage remote access to all customers, as well as creating the time reporting system for all employees.

I did my master thesis in the industry. The goal was to try and bring the spotme system to work on PDAs running PocketPC and using WLAN to transmit the data. I developed a protocol for data transmission and implemented a working prototype as part of my thesis. Title of the thesis: Unidirectional Replication of Bulk Data to thousands of mobile devices using WLAN technology.

I was in charge of working out an IT based system to do checks of electrical installations in houses and building sites for a startup company that would go into business. Besides designing the solution, I had to oversee development (done by an external company), as well as testing and trial runs with the company's future employees. I was also in charge of setting of the IT infrastructure for the company.
