 Responsible for budget construction, implementation and follow-up regarding engineering activities  Contribute to the month closing (sales, P&L, and cash report)  Actual vs. Budget deviation analysis on prototypes and testing activities  Follow-up on receivables contributing to cash improvement actions  Improvement of the R-D controlling tools for European locations

 Monitoring and consolidation of the CAPEX Report  Consolidation of industrial hourly rate files  Deviation analysis between production costs actual/forecasted  Production capacity analysis of injection presses and paint lines

 Benchmarking for General and Administration expenses between the Business Segments and sites  Further development and monitoring of the Balanced Scorecard
