- Manage development team composed by functional analysts and developers in a multicultural environment. - Adapt new commercial system to the whole Asia zone based GOLD product (Aldata). - Support solution deployment on the five countries of Asia zone. - Setup development environment and standards (Change Request Management, Source Version control and Patch control). - Specify and build satellite tools around the core solution to ease the deployment.

- Lead the deployment of the Group decisional system in 14 countries (Asia / Eastern European countries). - Reach successfully all given objectives in terms of budget and planning. - Study and coordinate business requirements raised by the different countries. - Train country system administrators on the tool - Write and follow-up the data quality control procedure

In the fast-growing environment (many stores opening) : - Reorganize country IT department. - Setup and follow-up national IT procedure. - Build and control IT budget with success. - Setup the new logistics systems (Replenishment System and WMS).

Coordinate and setup different IT projects such as Y2K testing campaign, EDI applied for logistics and store ordering flows, Purchasing and Pricing systems for the Merchandise division.
