As a People Coordinator at JUMO, I support the People team in developing JUMO's culture and capabilities across the business by providing efficient administration and coordination support across all dimensions of the People function including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Systems & Processes and Employee Wellness.

As a Talent Coordinator at Africa's leading safari company, I played a pivotal role in assisting the Talent Manager with the full life-cycle of recruitment, brand marketing, onboarding, performance management, training & exit processes for all new & existing 'Rhinos' across multiple in-house departments.

Through engaging with sellers and maintaining strong relationships with business partners from over 20,000 establishment listings, I was primarily responsible for assisting with updates and capturing information to the back and front-end of the website. Working in a small, dynamic team, in a results-driven and goal-oriented environment, I communicated telephonically, whilst corresponding via email and live chat.

I was granted the opportunity to travel the world whilst creating memorable experiences for families through interacting with and supervising high volumes of children in an international, fast paced and guest services orientated environment. Working in a widely diverse team, I utilized lateral thinking and enthusiasm to meet the operational needs of the company, taking on multiple roles and adapting to the flexible schedules.

As the first point of contact, I was actively involved in welcoming and accessing members into the club, operating the switchboard, making announcements, managing consumer queries, and handling payments. After 3 months, I was granted the additional responsibility of drawing up the monthly roster.
